Hi everyone
I’m trying to join TikTok’s Creator Fund, and I’ve passed the eligibility check and age verification, but I received a message saying "Your application cannot be reviewed at this time due to a technical error". Did I do something wrong, or is it a TikTok error?

if you already passed eligibility + age verification i dont think you necessarily did anything wrong

also the old Creator Fund was replaced by Creator Rewards, so id check what program the app is actually trying to enroll you into. that “cannot be reviewed due to a technical error” message sounds more like the application flow broke than a rejection

id give it some time and if it keeps happening report it through tiktok support

This is a common platform glitch, not necessarily something you did wrong. Try clearing your app cache or waiting a few days before reapplying. If it persists, contact TikTok support directly through the app settings.

I think this is an error on TikTok's side because you are already eligible now. If there is a support team, reach out to them. I'm sure they must be aware of this error.

I've seen these kinds of errors happen during applications. if you already passed the checks i'd contact support and ask them to review the application.

Sounds more like a TikTok issue if you already passed the eligibility and age checks. Give it a day or two and try again, sometimes their creator tools just randomly throw errors like this.

that is most probably a glitch, you can try few days later, and if you want to retry anyway, log out clear cache of app or reinstall it and try again, moreover you can contact support throuph app too (Settings > Report a problem)

sounds more like tiktok side glitch if eligibility and age checks already passed, i would retry later and avoid submitting it again and again from different device or accounts

sounds more like it is something on TikTok's end rather than on urs, especially considering that u have already been verified for eliggibility and age requirements. wait for some time nd then try to submit ur request again. in case u get the same error message, it might be best to contact TikTok support for help.

I’ll leave it hanging there for a few hours and then throw it back in to see what happens.

sounds like a tiktok error to me, ultimately they are a software company too and given the amount of people trying to join that fund, it can easily glitch out. wait for a few day get more followers and try again.

It depends on what happened. With TikTok, something that looks like an account mistake can sometimes be a technical issue, moderation action, or normal distribution change.

Give if some time to reset, like a couple of days and if the problem persists just contact TikTok's support.

If you passed the checks, it could just be a temporary TikTok error, so try again later.

Sure, I would too. If this is only a short-term problem on TikTok, making changes may complicate determining the cause of the problem.

If you already passed both checks, I wouldn’t keep submitting it over and over. I’d leave it for a day or two, try once more, and if the same error comes back, send TikTok support a screenshot of it.
