So, this one is crazy. I told him that I don’t provide services in his area, but he still posted a review claiming that I didn’t answer his phone calls. He also spoke to me in a very angry way. Seriously, this guy has completely ruined my day. So, how can I remove this psycho’s review from my GMB?

if he never actually used your service i'd report it first and explain exactly that.

dont report it just because its negative though, google usually wont remove it for that. if the review is fake/off topic or breaks policy you have a better chance.

if they reject the first report you can appeal it once. meanwhile i'd also leave a calm reply under the review so anyone reading it can see your side.

Even if i reply in that way, some customer think I may be crazy and arrogant.

you can actually report it through your Google Business Profile and request a review. It’s also worth responding calmly and explaining that you don’t serve his area, so potential customers can understand what happened.

You can first flag the review in your Google Business Profile and file an appeal explaining that the reviewer is outside your service area. However, Google rarely removes subjective negative reviews directly, preparing a professional public reply to minimize the negative impact is the safer move.

"Flag him as a 'conflict of interest' or 'not relevant' in the GSC/GBP dashboard, and raise a ticket with proof from his call logs/SMS that he was never an actual customer." But in case the ticket is pending or delayed by the support staff, then politely post a comment explaining that he was outside the service radius.
