Creating 35-100 youtube channels and monetizing them

Have you tried this sort of thing? I am planning to do this, like I have got 3 channels monetized recently but that was a trick two were year old and one was few days old. All are almost faceless something from others that was manually approved. I want to know about the risks I can face while operating these many channels.

since you already have 5 running, i'd get real numbers from those first: monthly revenue per channel, content/team cost, rpm and how stable the revenue stays for 60-90 days.

once you know what one successful channel is actually worth, you'll know whether you need 10, 30 or 100.

for me the bigger risk at that scale wouldnt even be managing the channels, it would be scaling the same content system so hard that quality drops or everything starts looking repetitive.

there are vietnamese and russian groups who do this since last 10 years, however its quite tough than we imagine it to be...you need to follow full isolation methods, because its almost certain that no one can have 100 quality channels running at same time.... so if you do go ahead with 100 channels, make sure none of them are linked to each other. The other options are getting into an MCN.
