45% click loss running FB to direct link (cloaking issue)

Loss of 45% of clicks is rather high. at the vry least, I would recommend starting with checking logs of mobile operating systems, ISPs nd countries becuz you might lose legitimate users that are similar to bots.

Don't block too much. There are many reasons an account can get banned, and sometimes it's not because the cloaking is weak. It could be the creative, the domain, or people seeing the ad and reporting it.
