Hi guys, hope you are good. Last 8 years I've tried all kinds of businesses you could imagine(online) and I am tired of losing. I want some nice money, i have a full time video editing job and I feel like I've seen enough and wanted some nice change and good money. Been thinking of starting OFM with my brothers (3 of us) but not sure where to start from. I would be even happy with $5-10k per month. Any tips are welcome, or if you wanna work together PM me.

since you already do video editing, content production is probably the part you'll have an advantage in.
i wouldnt start by building 5-10 models though. test one first and figure out where the traffic is actually coming from, how much of it converts and what one paying customer is worth.
with 3 of you i'd split the work too... one handles content, one focuses on traffic/outreach and one tracks sales/operations.
if you cant make one model profitable, adding more just multiplies the same problem. once one works consistently then scaling starts making sense.
