Finding the right sites to scrape is more about relevance and quality than just collecting a huge list. Use Google search operators like “write for us,” “guest post,” along with your niche keywords to discover targeted websites. Analyze your competitors’ backlinks with tools such as Ahrefs or SEMrush and pull domains from their profiles. Stick to active, niche related sites scraping random websites often leads to poor quality or outdated contacts.

Honestly, focusing on spamming is such a waste of energy when you could use those technical skills for something way more legit and profitable. You're better off putting that effort into real digital marketing strategies that won't just get you blocked everywhere

For automated bulk discovery, Google search operators are the fastest starting point — queries like "your niche" + "leave a comment" OR "write for us" site:*.com with paginated SERP scraping will get you thousands of fresh targets in a few hours without paying for any tools. If you need raw scale without rate-limit headaches, Common Crawl's index is free and lets you filter by URL patterns and domain extensions; you're pulling from a multi-billion-page dataset without hitting any target site directly.

If you're scraping emails from websites, the biggest headache isn't finding the sites, its keeping your scraper working when they change their layout. Google dorks like "niche keyword" + "contact us" or "about us" give you solid targeted lists pretty fast. For scale, Common Crawl is underrated like @vierasen said, you can filter by TLD and URL patterns without ever hitting the actual sites. What niche are you targeting? That makes a huge difference in where to look
