okay i can afford 10 for a domain name, now niche selection is the main problem i dont want to go for something too big or too small, i was thinking of starting a 'houses for sale' kind of website
If you know that niche, go for it, I love surfing house sites myself dreaming.
How many hours have you spent looking at these sites, and where they rank in serps? Their promotion mehcnisms on socials? Also what is your experience? You don't want to make sites about things that are not in your sphere of influence, or you won't be able to make them stand out. Would you browse a website and spend time there if you knew it was just by a 2 minute hotshot who wanted to make money without paying for as much as possible? Vs someone who is dedicated to their niche and site, they know what content they should be producing, and thats what they do while attracting visitors and making money from ads or commerce.
