Does adsterra direct link/smart links have malware or no ? Read alot of bad reviews

hi all, i am using exoclick and clickadu for pops, and thinking to use one more and i read alot of bad reviews on adsterra on malware redirect and pops linking to some malware as well on reddit and forums, anyone have tried their Direct Link/Smart links ? am thinking to place a direct link in my menu bar so user can click on it and it will pop out adsterra links(will this cause any malware to my users ?)

I have about 30 million daily visitors, do not wish to affect my users. Please advise if anyone uses their direct links and visitors are very safe ?

I’ve seen mixed reports on Adsterra, especially with redirects depending on GEO. With traffic that big, I’d want to hear from someone running their Smartlinks recently before putting it in the main menu. One bad campaign can create a lot of complaints fast.

All of them cheat in various ways. In some networks, managers steal successful campaigns. In forums, mods steal working methods & strategies. I never heard of a network without such complaints. But personal experiences make us strictly avoid some networks.
