Need health tips for sitting at a desk all day and staring at screens

I don't have a particular set of magic steps apart from being physically active and keeping a solid balanced diet.

Another thing is that you need a very solid ergonomic work chair, doesn't need to be super expensive, as the offer is wide, but one that makes you feel comfortable, makes you sit straight and don't make your back stiff.

They say it's also very useful to stretch one's back and neck frequently.

I generally try to slip in a 35 - 45 minutes of high-intensity home work out into my daily schedule, right before the lunch.
I eat Lay's Potato Chips daily and hasn't done workout entire life. Gym is a wastage of money and workout is a wastage of body energy.... You got to beat the fake degree Insurance manager in office with big fat fists, trying to scam you over phone weekly or monthly, do you?

* Wear glasses.

* Decrease the brightness on your device.

* Stretch your legs, shoulders, and so on; roll your eyes back and fourth.

* If a phone can replace your laptop for certain things, then you can take it with you to a gym, forest, and so on.

Recently I stay most of the daytime staring at screen of my laptop. my body is not as it used to be and i'm at late 30s. need to be refreshed... but how? SOS, guys

Most of us here can relate to your situation. Sitting all day in front of the laptop.

Here is what I do.

Take a quick 5 mins break every hour.
Make my own black coffee twice in between. Drink plenty of water.
If you are working from home, then get a comfortable chair and also Have Anti reflective screeen. Have a good lighting ambiance.

Apart from this, Take a morning walk/jog as per your capacity and have healthy food. Avoid Sugary items.
