Hello guys,
I’m having trouble with Facebook ad account. Even though it was shared from "BM2k5 Agency," it was immediately disabled after I manually updated the details (account name, payment method, country, and currency) - all before I could even run a single campaign.
Has anyone else faced this issue? If you know how to resolve this, please share your advice or a solution.
Many thanks,

You should have asked for a guarantee from the seller and guide on how to use them because these type of account comes with various precautions to take to not get banned.

Cheers,
MoMarketing

Sounds like Meta freaked out because too many sensitive details changed at once :( I’d stop editing it, request a manual review, and have the agency owner verify the payment/business details instead of touching the account again

@MoMarketing I rent from them account ads, they'll provide other if account dispended but the problem still exist. Do you have any suitable solution?
@sibolang8 My agency verified business before providing account. Do you think changing all info by automatically will solve this issue?

Changing the name, payment method, country, and currency all at once can easily trigger a review, especially on a shared agency account. I’d check Account Quality first and use the normal appeal/support route instead of making more changes. If the account was disabled immediately, it sounds more like an automated risk flag than a campaign issue.

I wouldn’t automate all those changes that can make the account look even riskier :weep: Keep country/currency/payment consistent, stop touching it for now, and let the agency owner push a manual review

@frankhernandez: Account Quality 100. All the changes I do manually, Can you suggest any way to avoid automated risk flag?
@sibolang8: I try with some account with your advice, keep country/currency stay still, just change payment method => account still suspended. Don't know how to fix it, Do you have any better idea?
@BOS Sterling: Then, do you have any solution or just leave it there?

I can resolve this for you; if needed, I can provide you with a high-performance advertising account.

If changing only the payment method still triggers it, I’d stop touching the account and push for a manual review. Repeated changes will probably just make the risk flag worse
