I'm registered on many forums, where I have my own threads about the store.
I notify customers about new product additions to the store directly in the thread.

I started translating this text into the seven most popular languages and began publishing it.
Example text:

This is how I translate one text and others in other languages.

Can you tell me if this helps my website's promotion?
Or will it actually hurt its rankings and lead to my account being blocked on forums?

I think it can help with visibility if each forum thread is genuinely useful to the people reading it. Posting the same translated text everywhere would be the part I'd be careful about.
 
i wouldnt put all 7 translations into every forum thread.

if a forum is mainly english then the other 6 versions probably arent helping anyone and just make the post look more automated. i'd use the language that forum actually uses and make the update slightly specific to that community instead of pushing the exact same block everywhere.

for me the value here would be referral traffic and keeping existing customers updated, not expecting the translations themselves to improve seo.

Yeah, that's exactly right. Message that is the same in all forums appears lazy really fast. Better to change the approach and give different examples for each particular forum
 
It actually helps. If you promote of forums and make ahelpfull reply, its definetely good for website ranking

Yes, forum visits can increase visibility; however, I wouldn’t consider all the links from forums as SEO. Helpful replies work only when they generate relevant traffic and engagement.

It will be spamming to paste several languages' text on walls nd will result in your ban. u should match the main language of the forum tbf
 
It probably won’t help your SEO much. Posting the same update in seven languages can look spammy, especially on an English forum. I’d use the language of each forum, skip the repeated store description and just post the actual new products.
The bigger risk here is getting your threads or accounts removed, not losing Google rankings
