I have purchased several links in Black Hat for approximately $10,000 from a very old and proven seller. It's the most powerful package, but when I checked the link construction with Arepro, several sellers used very similar links, methods, and referrer domains. All of them are spam-determined links in Aref. Are these links really working? My competitors buy links, but they're not links like this, they're links like this, but they're links like this. Is there a real seller who can help me, and is these links actually working?

Ahrefs spam labels alone are not decisive, but repeated domains and identical footprints are major red flags; pause spending and audit relevance, indexing and ranking impact.

the Ahref flags are not everything tbh, but the fact that they share similar footprint means reused network nd not $10,000 of unique authority.

compare the link profiles of your competitors, look at the types of sites linking to them. not just the number of backlinks.

I’d check whether those links have real traffic, relevant context and indexed pages before judging themAhrefs’ spam label alone doesn’t prove they’re harmful, but repetitive network patterns it wont work out

It would be wise to test the small part first nd check how it affects the ranking, referral nd indexing of the web page.

Spam filters and labels are not accurate.
Those can still be good links.

But considering the price point and possibly large amount of them, I'd say they are not.

All you can do now is observe the effect.
I would suggest to restrain from adding any more links into the mix for now.

I personally go for quality over quantity.

If all buyers use the exact same spammy network, those links will not rank your site and will just waste your money.

ahref alone cannot be a deciding factor as per how your links will perform. The use of the same footprints by your competitors however might be proof that you overpaid for little value. check how the link profile of your competitors is performing. This will give you an idea of the value of your bundle

Ahrefs spam label is not everything, but a footprint on a domain is a problem – do not buy anymore nd watch rankings change.

I’d be interested to know how you verify whether those links are actually providing value beyond third-party metrics. Similar referring domains across sellers would definitely make me question the quality of the link network.

Spam score alone doesnt mean the links are useless. Check if they are indexed, relevant and actually passing value.

Bro, you have to check the quality of each backlink manually, dont rely completely on the spam score. If the backlinks are low quality they can completely backfire your authority and will do more loss than gain...

If you’re looking for more backlinks, I can help. I have a list of quality sites with real traffic and different niches available. Feel free to check my profile or DM me if you’re interested

first check whether the links are indexed and always go for quality links rather than quantity

Is there any reason why you have not disclosed the name of seller ? Is it not allowed as per this forum rules.

It was based on movement in ranking rather than what powerful means for the package offered by the seller. the facts that all sellers has same foot prints should be a warning sign.

I wouldcheck the actual links before worrying about the tools spam score. If they are indexed relevant and coming from genuinely different sites theres more to look at. If the same footprints keep showing up, be careful.

$10k is to expensive for footprints, I think. what you should do first is to see how well indexed your site is, how relevant nd ranked.
