clear history and cache and try again.

Did you create a multiple account with the same IP recently?

I know that text-book like things. it seems that x has problem now not me.

Yeah, might just be a temporary X issue. I’d wait a bit and try again later, maybe from a different browser too.

Using an alternative browser, and try new IPs can help, because some footprints are strongly present when you're doing the same activity multiple times. So, mobile IPs might be a better option to try this time.

Clear your browser's cache and cokkies then try to create account again.

Must I’ve been an issue from your end tbh, I’ve been mass creating accounts all weekend consistently. Try cleaning your cache. There’s also a chance that you’re being flagged by their algorithm and it’s rate limiting you, maybe switch IPs.
