Yeah, might just be a temporary X issue. I’d wait a bit and try again later, maybe from a different browser too.
 
Using an alternative browser, and try new IPs can help, because some footprints are strongly present when you're doing the same activity multiple times. So, mobile IPs might be a better option to try this time.
 
Must I’ve been an issue from your end tbh, I’ve been mass creating accounts all weekend consistently. Try cleaning your cache. There’s also a chance that you’re being flagged by their algorithm and it’s rate limiting you, maybe switch IPs.
 
The "internal error" when creating an X (Twitter) account is usually caused by X's system being overloaded, or its anti-spam mechanisms blocking your IP/device.
 
Yeah, it could be a temporary platform issue. I’d check X’s status page and see if other users are reporting the same problem before changing anything on the account. If it continues, documenting the error and reporting it to support would be the safest approach.
