Hello, For me the biggest priorities are stable connections, clean IPs, consistent speed, and accurate geo-targeting. The biggest no-go is unreliable IP rotation or proxies getting blocked too quickly.

Thanks, that's a really useful list. Fast-burning IPs are usually inherited history from whoever was on them before, which is why we run one device per customer and clean geo just comes down to the IP being a real carrier SIM sitting in Germany rather than a resold pool. What's your use case if you don't mind me asking?

Support response time matters most. Pools look clean until something breaks at 2am.
Fair point, and it's the least advertised one. We're in CET so anything from 2am-6am is honestly our weak spot. Telegram is the fastest way to reach us, and we answer manually rather than through a ticket queue. What response time would you consider acceptable, especially during the night?

yea speed and clean ip are the biggest things for me nothing worse then waiting 5 minutes waiting for it to load content

Speed and clean IPs are the ones people underestimate, agreed. Though five minutes is way past anything the radio link explains. That's usually a timeout chain, not slow bandwidth: the IP gets soft-blocked or challenged and the client keeps retrying until it gives up. Worth checking next time whether you get a response at all or just nothing back.

Listen, it’s a complicated question. At the end of the day, it all comes down to money. If there’s an option to hire someone in a different time zone, then we could provide support at night as well. So we need to run the numbers, and depending on how much it costs and how much revenue it brings in, we can make a decision.

The biggest issue with mobile proxies is undoubtedly speed. Compared to other proxies, the speed is pitifully slow.

For me the most important is the speed of connection, fast response at support and to be honest to be stable nothing more matter . Offcourse to be an ip who was not abussed before .....

Unfortunately, the reality is that everyone wants a new, fresh IP, and the only reason they want it is because they want to abuse it. But that's the reality of this business:)

A fast proxy is useless if the IP is already burned on the sites you need, so it's worth checking it in a blacklist/fraud-score tool before you commit. Dedicated over shared helps a lot there too, since you're not inheriting whatever the last guy did with it.
