What parts? Post and pages of course. Those will bring traffic to your site and attract backlinks if they rank. Backlinks , the ones that you create or buy comes second.

Second thing - XML sitemap submitted in GSC and ping it after every new post. Not groundbreaking advice but a lot of people set it once and forget it.

Internal linking from your existing indexed pages to new content. Same logic as above, Googlebot is already visiting your old pages, it'll follow the links to new ones.

The manual "request indexing" in GSC works but has a daily limit and gets slower the more you abuse it. Use it for important pages, not everything.

What doesn't really help - submitting URLs to indexing services, pinging tools, most of the stuff sold here. Google finds content through links, that's still the most reliable path.

What do you mean by sometimes ? What is the success ratio ?
 
Google Search Console is the best tool for this. I've tried several ones and they weren't as effective as Console.
 
For a new site, use indexing tools and post links on high-crawl UGC platforms like Reddit and Quora.
For an established site, strong backlinks and regular updates usually index new pages fast enough.
