That actually true and the waiting part depend on the budget you have if its limited budget i dont think you can wait but make sure the keyword is just more focus on buying intent
I’ve learned not to panic over the first few hours of data. Some campaigns we’ve run looked bad early on but caught up once delayed conversions came through. I usually wait for enough data based on the campaign’s normal conversion cycle before making changes.

For most ecom offers wait at least 48/72h before touching anything, conversion windows vary and same day judgment kills campaigns that could have recovered. if your product has a longer consideration period like high ticket items give it a full week.
Same story with gambling offers on tier 3 GEOs - registration to first deposit can lag a couple of days easily, especially on push traffic where intent is lower. I judge early hours on CTR and reg quality, but never kill a campaign on deposit numbers before at least 48h.
