Do You Trust SemRush's Report On A Site's Link Network Graph/Report

Especially when it says the backlink network of a site is suspicious.

Semrush’s suspicious flag is best viewed as an automated risk indicator rather than definitive proof of a manipulative link network. The backlink profile should be assessed alongside referring domains, link relevance, anchor distribution, hosting patterns, and organic traffic and ranking history.

No, I used Amazon articles on my one site as link on the sidebar of few of my sites added nofollow. It marked my site with Amazon articles as suspicious.
It's BS. Ignore it.
There is a reason it's always going to be number 2 to ahrefs.

With a pinch of salt. The best networks will detect sem's bot user-agent (as it's explicit) and hide their networks from it as if they don't exist - and there's really nothing they can do about this so hence the salt.

Sometimes it's a false positive. I would panic if ahrefs flags a suspicion. I have of often ignored SemRush's warning and till date there have not been any consequence. At the end of the day, the backlink is as clean as a mirrors surface.

i use this semrush ntwk graph as footprint detector than final o/p and with suspicious cluster useful to spot out shared ips, ownership pattern, repeatation links, and structure etc but i still inspect actual domains, anchors, outbound links and link placement before calling a ntwrk bad.

Exactly! The report themselves are sometimes suspicious, I don't know how it arrives at those remarks.

Some predefined crap rules that automatically gets executed. Outdated and low value reporting that does not work.

I agree its a good indicator; however, do not treat it as gold standard data.
