I have a network of IT guys and they are in need of projects (not jobs). Any suggestions as to where I can get the projects from.

Initially, back in 2019, I used to do projects on Upwork, but nowadays there is a lot of competition. I am sure that if you research how you can get clients on Upwork, it could help you get projects.
