You should look for your specific case. They would have given you reason for disapproval and working on that reason will give you approval in next application.

first verify the causes of disapproval—lack of content, credibility of the website nd lack of policy pages do matter random disapproval with no content does not indicate that the same thing is happening to you

However, persistence is important to some extent but what counts more is solving the problem that made you get rejected in the first place.

One reason I believe is that they are getting too many applications. Everyone thinks just add AI content , apply adsense and print money but it is not so easy.

Might be possible thag they are getting too many applications. Still , if you have good organic traffic on the website, you will probably get approved.

Typically if you have fulfilled all that is required like having all your pages optimized, and there is good traffic on your site, Adsense will approve your request in days. If however it's taking longer, there might be something you have not gotten correctly yet. Check that, sort it and you will get approval

the most common reason for rejection that I have seen is the site being small or duplicate content. traffic is essential, but there are other aspects that matter.

For Adsense approval just keep applying because adsense approval always takes time.

Imo, Approval can be inconsistent, and there’s no guaranteed minimum amount of content.
A site with little visible content can still get approved, while a site with lots of content can be rejected if there are quality, navigation, or policy issues.

Use youtube for adsense fast approval..
If you can't afford to buy a monetize channel, then buy 1K sub and 4K watch hours

i have observed that many people usually concentratte on how many articles are there on the website. however, it is not the whole criteria. a small website can have valuable nd unique content as well as an organized format, while a large website with lots of articles might be of no use at all.
