Help me do Iptv cloking on Google

If you have ever worked in IPTV niche or do similar stuff, i need your help.

To launch one on search first, and then on display.
for the countries i was thinking:

morocco
france
uk
spain

Hey, let's talk up. I can do IPTV ads on Google on both search and display and that is not the problem but your GEOs are the problem, because targeting all those GEOs in the same campaign will make it die out. Would have to have multiple sets.
