Google Ads account suspended: No idea why?

but it's not allowed to create more accounts

I need more details here but you are doing something wrong for sure. What's the niche ? Google is much more restricted than FB if it's your first times doing it

No i do nothing wrong. Google is a corrupt company.

Hello everyone,
I know I'm certainly not the only one who has had this problem.
A few years ago, my Google Ads account was suspended for “unacceptable business practices: phishing.” Unfortunately, Google doesn't provide any information about what exactly they don't like. Appealing doesn't help anyway, and you don't get any feedback from a real person. What's the point of appealing if you don't know what you've done wrong?
I have a CMS (Joomla) on a German server, CMP (from Google), legal notice, terms and conditions – everything is there.
I had just started using Google Ads and had spent maybe a few euros before the account was suspended again.

I find it particularly regrettable that Google itself does not provide any feedback on what exactly is wrong. I've read through the ad policy - ht tps://support.google.com/adspolicy/answer/15938071#phishing and I have to say, I feel pretty ripped off when I read through the examples and am accused of something like that, and then you don't get any feedback from Google Ads about what they actually don't like.

Thanks to Google, I feel like a criminal. I don't have any problems with other systems, only with Google, and this isn't the first time :(

Best regards!
It's on you and they won't tell you, they will not disclose their defense patterns.

Move on and have a new account from new entity and devices and network.

And read their policies very precisely and the. Check your ads and website and website behaviour.

I've had so many ou why is my ad banned why do they not like my website blabla. Was always evident within 30 mins.

Never happens to real professional marketing companies. How come.

No, it's not me, it's because Google is a corrupt and untrustworthy company. I've worked with many large companies and never had any problems, except with Google. They treat you like a criminal, when they are the real criminals. A corrupt company through and through.

Firstly, check the domain history and third-party scripts too also sometimes the issue can come from something outside the ad itself.

Sounds like you've been hacked up, or the domain has history of being a phishing site or similar. If it was Google being "corrupt" they'd just let you run ads even if they thought you were phishing, after all every click is money in their pocket, why would they not want you to spend more than a few euros?

PM me the domain, I'll scan it and see if I can find anything that might have caused Google concern.

Most sudden suspensions happen due to suspicious payment activities or using mismatched billing info. Check your card details closely.

Google can suspend an account for different reasons i would suggest you to check the website content and business details carefully and then submit a clear appeal because sometimes even small trust or policy issues can cause problems.

If you haven't done anything wrong, then it could be something on the site itself. Along with a malware scan, check the site from different browsers/profiles and IPs/proxies to see if anything suspicious is being served only to certain visitors.

Welcome! Just buy something or register a new account—yes, it’s a harsh reality.

You should check the website and business details carefully and even small issues can trigger a phishing policy review, Make sure everything is clear and matches the information in the Google Ads account before submitting another appeal.

Check the website for anything that could look misleading or suspicious also make sure the business details, contact info, policies, payment flow and domain information are all clear and consistent before submitting another appeal.

Google always provides the reason why a Google Ads account has been suspended. Check the possible causes based on the notice and address the issue accordingly.

They'll probably be vague and say they're not interested in your partnership anymore

Gotta have insiders to tell u what actually happened

This is from a while ago but point still stands. Unfortunately, with these sorts of suspensions, you pretty much gotta exhaust the appeal process if you genuinely believe it's a false positive. Though uncommon, false positives do happen. Although it's hard to know whether that's actually what happened without seeing the business and site.
You gotta look into the actual business too. The CMS, hosting, CMP and legal pages don't necessarily tell you much from Google's perspective. Check the site structure, branding, forms, what information you're asking users for, and whether there's anything that could potentially make Google's systems think it's impersonating or misrepresenting another business. That's what I can gather from the whole "phishing" flag Google told you about.
Google says it can review the ad, website, account and third-party information when determining whether there's a violation. In OP's case, there might be more going on than just whether you've got a legal notice and T&Cs.

Yes, I have seen this happen even with compliant sites and make sure your business details, legal pages, and landing page are clear before appealing again.

the reason you get is usually just the category, not the actual issue. i’d check the business identity across the site, ads and billing first, then look at what the page is actually collecting and what googlebot sees. if you appeal, explain exactly what you changed rather than just saying the suspension was a mistake.

Yes, sometimes google flags the website setup not just the ads and make sure everything on the site is clear and transparent and then try another appeal with the full details.
