Need help on Google Ads Cloaking for Gambling Niche

I have tried using traffic shield on google ads, created white page that is not related to the gambling site, ran everything according to the book.
But right now, i am reading that google ads have upgraded and they are using residential proxies IP to manually screen through the ads ?

Anybody can give me a good advice, i am lost, account has been suspended before even launching the ad.

Any professionals/guru here can help me with this please.....

I'd first check the exact suspension reason, advertiser verification, business identity, landing-page transparency, and gambling certification/licensing. Google specifically requires gambling advertisers to meet country-specific requirements and obtain the relevant certification, while misleading or unrelated landing pages can trigger suspension.

There may be several criteria for Google Ads review, and traffic masking or use of a white page is not a good idea here.

GEO is malaysia, gambling is ban here. How to go about it ? Please do not tell me to follow the policy.

if the account is getting suspended before the campaign even launches, I would not focus too much on whether Google is using residential proiixies or manual checks.

I would start with the suspension notice and account history rather than changing the cloaking setup again.

If you post here the specific policy disapproval message you are getting people may be able to suggest you here

There’s no need to pay too much attention to residential proxies gossiping. If the account is being banned ahead of the launch, it’s best to analyze billing, advertiser verification, domain history, and account information before going for a blank page.

Google is very strict nowadays so using random tools or ip might got it lead to suspension, your white page can relate what your offer page but everything about it must be compliant to google terms and policy so the right cloaking tools will get it run perfectly, I do use claokshield and keitaro to claoak my own ads

This is because you maybe used fresh account and submitted aggressive keywords at first campaign? Hence google banned your account instantly.
