i've had better results from making fewer videos but putting more effort into the topic and title. one strong video can outperform several average ones,

TBH I stopped trying to turn each upload into a hit and focused more on where people were losing interest. Fixing those boring sections ended up being more beneficial than changing titles or tags weekly.
 
It’s may sounds boring and obvious, but the best advice for growth on YT is simply picking a niche and sticking to a consistent content posting pattern. YTs algo rewards consistency.
 
Besides the content you're discussing about test quality, the type of video that creates a "3-second hit" is especially important. You need to post at the right time when people are most active and within the time frame your video targets; that's also a very effective tip.
 
biggest thing that worked lately was reworking the intro to hint at the payoff right away instead of a slow buildup, retention held way better in the first 30 seconds and that alone pulled in more sugested and browse traffic compareed to before.
 
The most practical strategy is to optimize the first 3 seconds of the video and create a series to keep viewers hooked on the entire channel, forcing the algorithm to continuously push the video to the top of the list.

what ifound is that it worked better for me to have just one focus rather than try to fit everything into one video. i test out various thumbnails nd titles but i do not make any changges until i have had enough time to see how people react to them. it is mainly been about trying to figure out what works with my own audience.
 
I am dedicating a lot of time to the first 30 seconds of my videos; I want the opening to be truly impressive and engaging. I plan to get straight to the point more quickly and directly. Additionally, the fact that certain videos on the channel are performing well gives me a reason to produce follow-up content rather than constantly searching for entirely new ideas
