Youtube circumvention.

Hello everyone!
About 3 or 4 years ago I had a childhood youtube channel terminated. The reason was a video of my aquarium fish fighting which youtube saw as animal abuse for some reason. I was younger and didn't know about the safety policy or about termination issues.

After those 4 years I had learned how to edit videos quite well and I decided to start a wildlife documentary channel. The channel was quickly terminated after about a week of its launch due to circumvention following the old youtube channel with the fish video that was terminated.

I didnt give up on YouTube even tho all of the appeals were rejected. I decided to go fully stealth mode. I took a new laptop device. I put the laptop in the office where I work so there's diferent wifi and IP address. I didnt connect the device with any of the emails , phone numbers or profiles that lead to the old terminated account.

So far everything is going well. Its been 2 months and a half and the new channel is close to being monetized. So I wonder what can I do to monetize the channel and for it to not get terminated again. I know that Ad sense requires ID verification and I wonder if there are some LLC s for Europe that could allow me to verify the ad sense youtube profile and get monetized.

One would be cautious about taking the LLC/AdSense approach as it may not necessarily be the solution to YouTube termination or circumvention problems. The proper way is to get the termination review and ensure that the newly created channel complies with all YouTube regulations.

It does comply with all the regulations but about the old terminated channel i dont think that something could be done. I applied many times and nothing happens.

Just stick to all of ytoutube guidelines and everything will be fine. I really appreciate your willingness to learn and make corrections.

Right on target. As long as you stay within YouTube guidelines and don't abuse the automation, the site's authority will take care of the rest. Thanks for the feedback. Always tweaking the process.

The channel is proving successful and is in within all the guidelines but i dont think YouTube will resolve the termination of my old channel and allow me to monetize this one of they track my ID which follows to the old terminated account

Since you've isolated this account to a new IP address and new content, I think it's quite safe. As long as you enable monetization, operate normally, and comply with the policies, you shouldn't have any problems.

Yes but what about the bank account and my ID information. I have used some ID information like address for online purchases and I wonder if I apply with my ID for adsense if they will connect it to the old account
