Every comment removed by reddit in 2-4 minutes today. need advise

No doubt, reddit is much stricter now than it used to be. Even aged accounts with high karma can get filtered. You should leave those accounts alone for few days, then start using them normally again before posting more comments. For better results you should spend some time engaging naturally in communities you are genuinely interested in and avoid anything promotional until the accounts have built a normal activity history.

Do your comments include any links? From what I've seen recently, comments containing links are much more likely to get removed or even lead to an account being banned.
 
First, I’d check the rules of that specific subreddit. It could be something as simple as a rule about certain types of comments, rather than an issue with the account itself.
 
It seems that reddit is only liking real comments from real phone users for the most part.
 
you are posting too fast. make it natural. now you are being shadow banned may be. so keep it slow like real people do.
 
If it started happening to all your accounts at the same time, Reddit probably changed something with their filters. Been seeing a lot of weird removals lately too.
