1. Bro just be consistent.
2. secondly quality over quantity always.
3. The hook ( The first 2 seconds are the most important in short videos ).
4. If the hook is good the retention will automatically follow and you can make your short go easily viral.

You don't have a clue about...the social platforms algo not will bring it to you when content is engaging....
Quit liking and start focusing on sharing through messages and watch tym that is the new mantra of insta. Start creating carousels or reels that are relatable enough for people to shares with their friends and start removing all the fake followers who will ruins ur reach.

I'm not sure what you mean by everything but I would start with posting reels and using instagram's built in analytics to see when your followers are the most active and use that window to post. Also be sure to interact with your followers via comments and DMs.

Yes, 100%, because in most cases the decision is made in the first couple of seconds of the video. Also, I think you should compare several different hooks using the same video.

you'll have to be a ruthless editor of your own work. if your goal is really to get those engagement numbers, you'll have to let go of things that you hold so dear, that you are afraid to lose. ask yourself what am i afraid to loose. you will have your answer what to change.
