TikTok Account reaching Global Audience?

Take @simplydigital on Tiktok for example, he is greek, and probably reaches a global audience.

I know that probably it takes a lot of time, but I am willing to put the effort just to make sure my account will not have any issues in the future.

I would not bother using the SIM/VPN workarounds either since those can cause just as much trouble as they solve. design for your desired market from the get to go and allow watch times or engagement to slowly bring the channel into other territories.
