Sharingtools (Kani Baspinar) "Meta unban service" - detailed review of my $1,250 order, with dates and his own messages
Earlier in this thread Kani asked people to give more details than "it's a scam". Fair enough. Here are the details from my own order, August-September 2026. Every quote below is copied from our Telegram chat, which I keep as a full official export, typos included. Dated screenshots are attached at the bottom.
Who I am: I run Instagram accounts for clients. I bought this service for one client, a small clinic whose account had been disabled.
TL;DR
- Advertised as "%100 guaranteed, 48 hours unban time" through a paid insider at Meta. I paid $1,250 up front.
- The account came back on 25 Aug at 20:43 and was suspended again by 00:41 the same night. Permanently disabled on 27 Aug.
- Everything "included" (whitelist, clearing post cases, second unban, warranty) was later re-priced as an extra - up to $2,000 per case.
- 13 days of moving deadlines, a new excuse every day, never a single case ID.
- A threat to ban my client's account and my own accounts if I did not pay first.
- Refused to work on post-payment. Final answer: "Did you pay anything to second unban? no. so good luck". No result, no refund.
1. The offer
On 17 August 2026 the Sharingtools Telegram channel added a new product:
We provide unban service for Meta Apps ; Whatsapp - Facebook - Instagram.
%100 guaranteed, 48 hours unban time. We only requests screenshot of ban reason and username of account.
The FAQ posted on 23 August explained how it supposedly works:
Q- Is it some method or software?
A: No, we have contact from Meta Account Safety team. We are paying them and unbanning accounts in 3-7 days.
That is the whole value proposition: not an appeal template, not a panel, but a paid person inside Meta. For anyone who has fought a hard ban, that would be worth real money. It is the only reason I paid.
2. The price - set by him, not negotiated by me
- Opening quote: $2,000.
- Four hours later, with no discount request from me: $1,250.
- His explanation of the margin: "We pay 1000 to contact".
$1,250 is simply the Sharingtools first-order price, the same figure he quotes to others. I mention it because later, when things went wrong, the line became "what did you expect for that money". He named every number in this deal himself.
3. What was promised in writing, before payment
- Unban in 3-7 days (already not the 48 hours from the ad)
- "Whitelisting included to unblock" and "So no need monthly fee"
- "Refund guaranteed service it is."
- "It is lifetime warranty"
- The post restrictions on the account handled too: "he will close also all that cases"
- "customer will never face any problem in future"
I asked for escrow on 23 August. Refused - prepayment only. I paid $1,250 in USDT.
4. The result
- 25 Aug, 20:43 - account restored.
- 26 Aug, 00:41 - the client's screen shows a new suspension. Under four hours of life.
- 27 Aug - Meta disables the account permanently, no further review possible.
I still paid the outstanding balance on 27 Aug, because the day before he had written
"When you confirm with payment I will complete". In hindsight, that was my mistake.
5. Everything "included" turns into an upsell
This is the part I would warn anyone about.
Whitelist: included -> $750 -> $1,000 -> "it was a gift".
Clearing the post cases: $500 for the whole account -> "2-3k" -> free, part of the job ->
$2,000 per case. The account had 10+ restricted posts, so that is over $20,000 - a number that only makes sense as a way of saying no without admitting it cannot be delivered. Then:
"I didnt said that mod will remove".
The order I had already paid: re-priced after the fact -
"Okay price 1500 usd from now including first one".
Second unban: first
"I dont bill you for second unban", later turned into the condition for any refund.
The pattern is simple. The price you agree is the entry ticket. After you pay, each thing you thought you bought comes back with its own invoice. And if the account is banned again after the "unban", you are back at the start - and asked to pay again.
6. 13 days of deadlines
"By Wednesday" -> "Monday" -> "Probably Tuesday or Wednesday" -> "soon" -> "probably" -> "Checking with mods" -> silence.
On 4 September, asked for any date at all:
I wasnt able to provide exact time because I dont know what you think but they dont click to button and open account
7. Whose fault it was
In order of appearance: the client's VPN,
"Bad ip usage",
"user got ban again themselves",
"40+ case",
"fake identity", an
"outdated app version",
"didnt inform us about screen change", and finally
"you are just insulting".
Not one of these came with a case number, a screenshot from a moderator tool, or anything else that someone with real access could produce in seconds. On the morning of the re-ban he wrote
"I didnt talk with mod yet" - and a couple of hours later his "mod" confirmed exactly the guess he had already made.
8. Threats
26 August, when I said I would pay the balance after he fixed the re-ban:
if we don't get payment right after activation we will suspend that account again
I will not just ban your customer, your main and all related other ig accounts also
Six minutes later, about the same account:
we dont have any relation with it since we dont have access for it
Either he can ban it, or he has no access to it. Not both.
9. "We don't ban accounts" - then a price list with banning
- 23 Aug: his contact "can unban and whitelist but cannot ban and blacklist"
- 26 Aug, asked directly whether he runs mass reports: "Nope I don't do that"
- 7 Sep price list, 11 items, including "Block an account 3000"
The service list itself grew from 1 offer (17 Aug) to 6 (31 Aug) to 11 (7 Sep), while my single order was still not done.
10. Retaliation
After I complained, on 7 September:
whiltelist for mass report was gift but I just even ordered to remove it after this kinda behaviors
So the whitelist my client paid for was withdrawn as punishment for asking where the result was.
11. The one test he refused
In my experience, unban work in this market normally runs on post-payment, for an obvious reason: whoever can unban an account can also put it back down if the client does not pay. A seller with real access risks nothing by getting paid after the result.
I offered exactly that: do the work, I pay on result. His answer:
if you are looking for excuses, post payments, free work or else find someone who need money so much
12. Meanwhile, on the Sharingtools channel
While my case was supposedly "with mods":
- 29 Aug - "New record, unban in 30 hours"
- 29 Aug - "Feedbacks about unban" with thank-you screenshots
- 6 Sep - "Unban & Meta Services Added", the day before he refused me
13. The ending
7 September. I listed the five points of the deal and asked whether he was refusing both the work and the refund.
Did you pay anything to second unban? no. so good luck
No result. No refund. 13 days.
Is there really an insider at Meta? My view
I do not believe there is. What I actually saw:
- A Meta support satisfaction survey that landed in my client's email, addressed to Kani's own Instagram handle. That is what you receive after contacting ordinary Meta support yourself.
- Repeated advice to "use meta verification".
- He did not know Meta Verified was waitlisted in my client's country.
- Delays that behaved exactly like a normal support queue, not like a person pressing a button.
He denies this and says he pays
"ranked moderators on meta team". In 13 days he never produced one piece of evidence of that, and he refused the only arrangement - post-payment - that would have proved it.
If you are about to buy an unban - from Sharingtools or anyone else
- Get in writing what happens if the account is banned again within hours. With Sharingtools it turned out to be "not our case".
- Treat "100% guaranteed" as a red flag. Meta guarantees nothing to anyone, so neither can a reseller.
- Insist on post-payment or escrow. Someone with real access loses nothing by agreeing.
- Assume the agreed price is the first invoice, not the last.
- Save every message. You will need it.
Evidence: the key screenshots are attached below (contact details blacked out, per forum rules). The full dated timeline, the complete chat export and Meta's own emails are available to anyone who asks by DM.
Kani, if any quote above is inaccurate, post the screenshot showing otherwise right here.
