always see people recommending residential proxies but now mobile ips are getting popular too.
Did you try using both types and did you see any considerable differences?

I didn’t notice a huge difference between the two — both are very reliable. Personally, I prefer to pay a bit more and use mobile IPs.

depends on the job really... residential makes more sense for big pools/scraping, mobile costs more but i’d rather use it for accounts and longer sessions. mobile isn’t automatically better for everything

It all has to do with what you are working on. Residential IPs are more secure and reliable. I prefer them over Mobile IPs

i believe we all have what we like but i think both are good but for me i prefer residential IPs

Mobile proxies are better for account creation because they carry more trust.

it really depends on the provider, but i find resi to be usually more stable and faster.

mobile IPs use CGNAT, gives you a little more wiggle room when it comes to abuse detection.

residental is better for creation and then I Run on dedicated mobile.

I normally go with residential unless the particular site gives me a reason to use mobile.

Mobile can definitely help on some targets, but it’s not automatically better for everything.

The residential IPs from LUXPROXY working nicely for me for the stuff I needed them.um yeah ofc mobile proxy is batter for me

If you care about account longevity, go with mobile IPs, they’re more expensive but you’re less likely to get flagged.

did you checked luxhost they has both options available so you can test residential and mobile and see which one works better for your target.

it really depends on the job. Residential is usually fine and cheaper for scraping, price monitoring or SEO checks where you rotate a lot. Mobile IPs are pricier but hold up noticeably better on stricter sites, because carriers put tons of real users behind the same IP (CGNAT), so sites can't really block them without hitting normal people too
