Why you didn't get turkey package through CSP that would handle everything for you including development? You could always use your developers to be on the project and to continue it but why not use CSP that has a lot of years of expertise in the niche versus your own developers who would have to learn things as they go?

Very ambitious! It is indeed a bold move to start-up in this niche, but the rewards worth it!

I think it is correct. Im explain. If the objective is getting sportsbook and casino live, developing the entire stack from the ground up makes sense.

An achievable inhouse development,, may be estimated like at 12 months minimum once you factor in PAM, sportsbook, casino integration, payments, KYC/AML, bonuses, back office, reporting, and QA. Issue is that your devlopers will be learning about particularities of iGaming while developing all this.

turnkey solution may save you time on the initial infrastructure development , like about months, depending on licensing, payment, and other things. At same time, you will be able to have your own developers for frontend, CRM and any other unique features.

U can see smth like NuxGame, KodeDice, SoftSwiss, EveryMatrix, and other iGaming software providers. Rather than spend my budget on reinventing the wheel, I would prefer investing in those parts of the product that make it different =)

I'm telling you this as someone who has owned casino brand for 5 years
