First, I would address GSC, checking the real searches and their average positions. In case the majority of impressions is created through pages two and further, then ranking should be done first nd not CTR.

If you want to really rank for a keyword, start social media marketing for a blog, bcuz google alone is not enough now a days.

Impressions without clicks usually mean the pages are ranking but not high enough, or the titles/meta descriptions are not compelling. Check your average position and target more relevant, low competition keywords. Also make sure the content matches search intent.

2-4 months is still fairly early tbh, but if impressions are decent and clicks are near zero the titles probably the weak link, try rewriting it to be more specific or add a number/year, small tweaks there can shift alot.
