CASINOS MAKE A LOT OF MONEY, IS IT TOO HARD TO BUILD A ONLINE CASINO WITH A FEW PEOPLE??

Listen to me, man. All soft already done for you. But prices is too high.
There are more then 10 casino software management systems. For example, softswiss. But it's cost more than 25k$/monthly. Also you need a payments gateways, that will not ask about docs and so on. Also you need a LICENCE. As I remember starting price is about 50k$ (some sh*t like Comoros/ Malta/ Anjouan licences. Cause nobody will give you gambling licence from UK or RO, EE, CA, or etc. ).

And this is only a head of an iceberg. Cause the biggest budget you need.. It's for a lot of ads. Cause nobody will know you casino, so nobody will play it.

I work for an online casino, so if you have some questions, you can ask me.

I believe it is not difficult to set up a casino, but it is difficult to get accepted by a bank/payment processor and promote your website.
I can give gateways for casinos, no problem. :)
Company will not ask a lot of questions)

He's bullshitting you at best and I knew many people like that. They know nothing, are nothing and think that money makes them.

They're getting delusional at certain point and they start to make up stories in their mind about their "success". Most of them are just scammers with serious mental problems and misunderstanding that money is just hyper-inflated paper.

If you want to run a CS:GO roulette style casino, the hardest is marketing. But you don't need to do it, you can just find affiliate offers. Focus on marketing and testing on YouTube, Instagram etc.

The problem is, what if you get comfortable, that stuff stops working? You're left with nothing and will become homeless most likely. Well, once you become homeless and spend 6 months in prison, it might humble you.

What do you advise for someone to get into now & learn asap? I am thinking about creating an Ai agent bot.

We can setup a whitelabel brand incl. license and payment gateways for less than $10k one-time fee + 5-10% of GGR monthly platform fee

can I know which casino platform you work for?

I build casino websites on Laravel + NPM + NodeJS and I had some of them in the past , yes there is a lot of money.
But to become Legit (Legal) it is Haaaard!
How do you think is the best way to do this without license to raise as much money?

I had an idea where you would make a player vs player type casino. Think heads or tails game etc etc.

The players bring the “capital” etc because the “house” or casino doesn’t pay out anything at all. Player one puts in $1. Player 2 puts in $1. Winner receives $2. All player vs player games would be setup like this so you could start an online casino without having to have huge capital in theory?

Then how the casino makes money is by having ads to other legit online “normal” casinos with your referral link etc. I’m sure there is other ways to monetize this type of casino but that’s all u have for right now.

Is this something that you could see working?

"We are reluctantly selling casinosportscenter.com as we are no longer able to operate following the departure of a key partner. The website, along with all its infrastructure, leads, and clients, is available for purchase at $45,000. In 2022, our last year of operation with a team of 4, we generated a revenue of $157,000, with $72,000 paid out in winnings.

I have opened online casinos from licencing, developing, hard launch etc.

You need to decide on licencing, be good at affiliation and market, converting visitors to first time depositors, filter out the VIPs fast and efficiently and have a great customer journey and retention. You need solid payment processing, It is a skimming business with the RTP in your favour and theres many more factors not mentioned yet.

If you have your stuff sorted out, then 50k a month is not a big deal or revenue.

Its not easy, it is a very specialized market , if you @jioao80064 , wish to learn more, feel free to ask here or via PMs.

How many people you need, well you need an industry expert for every department, or some industry experts which can cover more than one department, as a head of to show the unskilled what and how to do it, write down the procedures etc.

If you wanna start without indistry expertise, you will absolute fail or need to hire industry experts, in this industry, its more about what not to do rather than what to do, many ways to screw up.

If you do not have at the vera least 300k ready to invest, you will not make it past 6 months after launch and that is if you are renting a white label or turn key platform. 6months is a great breakeven time, experts can go profitable within 6 to 12 months, the non experts are burried by then.

You have a lot of monthly financial obligations to run the games and such, and upfront costs like company creations, licence acquisition etc.

I am always open for projects and consult more than one brand.

While casino infrastructure is easily deployed, acquiring payment processing (due to high-risk classification) and overcoming promotion restrictions (Google/Facebook ad bans) present the true barriers to entry

Yes, indeed - though this doesn’t seem as outrageous as it sounds. This was done by a group of only 4 people, all of whom were media buyers.

What we didn’t start from scratch was using NuxGame for the underlying casino structure.... games, payments, backoffice stuff. Our task was traffic and players’ acquisition.

What was tricky wasn’t setting up the casino itself; what was difficult was setting the economics right acquisition cost, deposits, retention, and payment rates. When the numbers got to work, 4 people were sufficient for running the thing.
