Since a couple of days (the official change has announced for August 24th) my short views are drecreasing a lot

Youtubers said that with the new method views count should go to the moon

But they are changing something in the algorith

Not only that, they have disconfigured some items in the layout of the creator studio

Anybody else?

I have seen in X some people reporting the same

Less views and no being shown in the feed
 
tbh those youtube growth gurus always hype up updates just to get clicks, they never actually know how it will affect everyone. whenever youtube rolls out a big change the algorithm gets super weird for a week or two while it recalibrates. the creator studio layout being messed up just proves they are pushing updates live and breaking stuff in the process. probably best to just keep uploading and wait for it to settle down.
 
I am seeing same in bing search. less views and less clicks from bing search since 24th august.

I’ve experienced something similar, and I think it’s probably a common issue for many people.
 
The numbers are today more balanced

Higher than previous days but without peaks
 
1000 subs in 15 days

Only 400 viewing hours because I'm focusing on shorts

But if I upload some long videos I think I can achieve the requirements in a month
 
Views are going well

I was creating hard edited videos

And now that I'm uploading AI videos in raw I'm getting better performances
 
Constancy is the clue

Views on the right way

Going up every day, and subs growing, and having several comments every day
 
algo changes on shorts almost always cause a temporary dip before settling because the system is rebalancing how it evaluates and distributes content.
 
give it a week or two before drawing conclusions since the rollout period is usually when metrics look worst before they normalize.

Buy a few aged accounts > run them on vps or anti detect browser, different phone number and ip > and upload the same type of videos > and boom! you'll start getting views again (if others in your niche is already getting views).

it's possible then your channel itself is shadowbanned or temporarily limited.
this is one of the most common cause.
many channels get limited.
