Is it possible to scrape phone numbers from instagram profiles? These profiles don't have the phone number in their instagram bio.

i think if the number isnt public on profile you generally cant scrape it those tools claiming otherwise are mostly unreliable

Yeah that makes sense. I saw some here saying that homemade tools work but dunno if that goes for profiles that don't have phone numbers public

No its not possible to scrape private data, Only public data can be scraped.

If the numbers see listed on their profile then yes you can do that. If they are not then there's no tool to extract the numbers.

you cant scrape anything thats not publically available. for any scraper to work the user has to have shared the info publically. if the phone number is in the contact section you can scrape it.

Not really if the number isn’t publicly exposed somewhere. You might be able to pull numbers from business contact buttons or linked websites, but if it’s hidden/private Instagram isn’t just giving you that data to scrape.

That was never possible since the start, Unless they have a website in the bio which has a phone number, but that has to be done via a Web Scraper, And its not IG Scraping end of day so.

If the number is not listed, there is no simple way to get it from the profile. You can only use a number the person has shared.

Actually I think I had seen such tools on some blackhat/hacking forums I think. And I think it was stemming from the the large data breaches that had happend on IG/Meta over the years. I suppose the biggest one was somewhat ~300 million users or something?
So if they have access to that data, and scrape the followers of some account, match the IDs, then you have a way, for getting the emails that way, though of not all the users/followers but atleast a portion of them.
