What does this mean? Does it mean, it knows I am doing self promotion? Is it because of Ai content?

Reddit's documentation says its AI search may refuse to answer questions that could be unsafe or violate policy, but it can also refuse questions simply because they're outside what AI search is designed to do.

I don't think it means Reddit's AI has detected self promotion

Now I am curious: what is your niche?

They can know youre doing self promotion if you use bad accounts etc, depends on how you do it
Probably best to stop

It may just mean the AI does not have enough info about the brand. I would check a few regular searches and see if the name shows up in posts or comments.

No but there is alot of info on brand available. And yes it shows up in posts and comments

That AI feature is still super buggy and aggressive with policy filters. It often blocks basic commercial queries entirely. Just use regular keyword search or Google to check if your mentions are actually indexed..
