Non-VoIP numbers are good for services where you cannot use VoIP or have very low success rate with VoIP, but no other benefits from using them. There is no "more trust" or something from using non-VoIP when voIP are accepted too.

Paying for GB, like $12 per 2 GB.

I know there could be better cheaper and less spammed proxies, but for my tasks they are enough at the moment.

Ideally is to have your own farm for cleanest and cheapest proxies
