My personal Facebook account is suspended

One of the pages I manage just recieved a content flag for something we posted 6 months ago.

Rather than disable the page, facebook has suspended my entire personal facebook account.

I've spent hours talking to AI support and occasionally get a real support agent, but the last one just exited the chat on me.

Anyone know how I can get a decent response from Meta?

Try these official meta appeal routes:
Account suspension appeal Facebook account recovery
Support inbox check facebook help and support support inbox for the suspension notice and appeal option.
If you have meta verified use the meta verified support channel for human assistance. Keep your appeal short factual and request a manual review explaining that the flagged content was posted 6 months ago and that the personal account suspension affects multiple managed pages

Dealing with basic Meta chat is completely broken right now. The only consistent way people get actual human reviews for suspended admin profiles is via Meta Verified support through IG or an active ad account manager. Good luck!

The best move is to appel the personal account suspension not just page flag
They should use the appeal the personal account suspension not just page flag

Got a message today that my account has been permentaly disabled. They havn't even given me any reason.

I've tried getting help through Instagram verified chat, but multiple times they've just quit the chat and left me.

Any way to get an account manager?
 
When an account is suspended, an appeal button is left you through which you can appeal. Was this not available for you? Here is my experience. I have person account that manages 5 pages. I made a post on my official account one day and the next thing, I was suspended. But like I said, there was the appeal option which I immediately did and I had my account back in few minutes. After 2 days the account was suspended again. This time appealed and it took them 4days to reactivate my account. And it came with monetization. So appeal, unless the option is not available

Thanks for telling me how it went with you, give me some small hope. I did the appeal, and just got a short message some days later saying it's now permanently disabled.
Meta sucks! I bet if I had paid ads running they would not have disabled me :(
 
That’s brutal, especially over something posted 6 months ago. I’d keep pushing for a manualk review and send the post URL, screenshots, and timeline; if normal support keeps going in circles, Meta verified support is probably your best shot at reaching a real person
 
Keep appealing through the official support route and save every case ID. Opening new chats over and over usually just resets the process.

If your documents matching with the account then you can get back it easily. Last week I got back my two accounts. But you need to ensure that DOB and name was exactly the same as your documents.
 
My Facebook account is working. Also my Facebook Messenger and my Business Manager. I have only some problems with running ads. This is the problem. Can somebody help me? Please write me dm
