Dolphin anti is the best for me coupled with mobile proxies.
 
brightdata is okay but dedicated usually means datacenter IPs. if you are doing social media or ecom they will probably get flagged pretty quick tbh. better to start with residential even if they are rotating. as for browsers, octo or adspower are pretty good, just use the free trials to see what fits your workflow...
 
For multi-account management, the browser should have solid profile isolation, stable fingerprints and easy proxy assignment. Bulk profile management matters too once the number of accounts starts growing. Static residential or ISP proxies are usually a better fit for long-term accounts. Some antidetect browsers like ours also have static proxies built in, which makes the setup a bit easier.
 
For the browser, profile isolation and stability matter more than the brand name. For proxies, static ISP is usually better when you need a consistent IP, while residential is more suitable when rotation is important.
 
Adding to the mix — for proxy type it really depends on the platform's detection sensitivity: mobile for the strictest platforms (IG, TikTok), residential for everything more forgiving. AdsPower is a decent option for managing separate profiles. I prefer dedicated ISP proxies for long sessions and residential proxies when rotation is needed

It really depends on what you're looking for - low prices or top-notch features. However, you can find options that strike a great balance between the two. For example, Vision - their pricing is reasonable, they offer a wide range of features, and some of their tools are stuff I haven't seen anywhere else.

I saw good reviews in the past about residential proxies from brightdata, when people used them on forum marketing and social media. Do you know if still is a good choice?

usually residential, for social media mobile better. I use floppydata provider cuz oxylabs decodo and etc overprice for same quality. And about proxy not rotating!
 
As browser i use linken sphere. the choice of proxy depends on the task: when GEO isn't important (facebook ads), I use mobile proxies and switch IP addresses between accounts (with a monthly fee rather than a per-traffic charge); for simple services, I use data center proxies with sticky IP; and if there's a complex anti-bot system, I use residential proxies
