Pst is not good for your accounts. All their cards are flagged.
Use revolut, monzo etc

For Google Ads I would care less about “virtual” and more about how stable the BIN is. Some cards work fine for a few weeks and then suddenly start getting declined everywhere. I’d rather use a provider with clean BINs

Actually I would use a trusted virtual card provider that supports google ads also make sure the card and billing details are in your own name and totally match your account.

The best virtual cards are the ones that works for your use case

No single virtual card can work on all.region

So, it's best to ask the virtual card provider if what they got will work for your region or use case before making payment
