Crypto moves fast, and finding a solid project can be harder than finding the next trend.
I’m curious how others here evaluate a crypto project before putting time or money into it.
What’s the first thing you look at when researching a new cryptocurrency?

Check who developed the project, which blockchain it runs on, its market cap, and which exchanges it’s listed on.

Honestly, I look at what the project actually does first. In my opinion, If can't understand the use case or why the token is needed, I usually move on. Then I check the team and tokenomics before getting caught up in the hype.

First of all,I will figure out what type of project it is and who is handling the project. Then I will see market cop and the exchanges

A few key things to check before investing include the team, tokenomics, utility, funding, liquidity, community, roadmap, and on-chain activity.

Who is the development team? Are they legitimate? Do the latest cryptocurrency news sites mention them? Is the community large? Also, carefully calculate the level of risk you are willing to accept :)

I wait around 10 minutes on launch.. if it survives past that then it's worth looking into further ha

Stick to the OGs is my advice.. and it's coming from someone that's made, lost and made again 7 figures in the sess pool world of SOL memecoins.

It was easier a few years back, now it's like pissing in the wind. Best of luck though!

If crypto has sustainability and is up and supported for at least for 1 year of operation then I usually invest in it.
