Are YouTube Thumbnails More Important Than Titles?

Thumbnail grabs the initial 3-second attention, but the title makes the final push to secure the click combining both is essential for max performance

I’ve noticed that some videos have simple titles but still get strong views because of their thumbnails.
Do you think the thumbnail has a bigger impact on clicks than the video title?
