You can usually notice it in your reach. new posts get fewer views compared to previous ones, especially with less engagement from people who don't follow you. this also means fewer likes and interactions overall

Even the developers don’t know what’s what.

That’s why Explore and visibility rates are directly proportional to your content. Even they don’t know it.
 
maybe it depends on how each person looks at it. It could also be because the content is of lower quality than before. People talk a lot about the algorithm but nothing is certain about it. Try some quality content bro

Some common signs that Instagram may have deprioritized your account in the algorithm include:

You spoke about very logical things.
 
Your posts get less reach, fewer views, and almost no boost from Explore or hashtags.
 
When reach on posts drops even though your posting habits haven’t changed, fewer people see your stories despite having the same follower count and hashtags bring in almost no impressions.
 
A big sign is when reach and impressions drop sharply even though you’re posting the same way
Hashtag reach drying up is another clue

however i would not jump into labeling it a shadow ban immediately after observing a drop in reach. reach of instagram profiles may vary significantly based on topics discussed and reactions of initial users to the profile.in case several posts show extremely low reach from non followers, particularlly those seen on explore i would investigate account settings nd recent content posted on the proffile.

Simple test, just post some content with some very low competition hashtag, And then check the ranking of your post on that hashtag. You'll get a clear answer.
 
When non-follower reach suddenly disappears even though your content and posting schedule haven’t really changed.
 
Here are a few signs your account may be deprioritized :

-Sudden drop of Views
-Loss of Engagement and Comments
-Drop in the gain of New Followers
 
A drop in views can happen for many reasons. Check if the change continues across several posts before drawing a conclusion. Normal changes in user activity can affect views too.

You might check your Account Status settings for a "not eligible to be recommended" flag. If that is present in your settings, that means your content is not being recommended to your audience.
 
I don't think there's any precise way to measure that. it depends on many factors. I noticed it because engagement on my account dropped significantly after I resumed posting following a break.
 
You need to track weekly reach. When these are flagged, a very sharp drop always occurs.
 
compared to before, your account's cta will decrease. your reels/posts views will decrease, post/reels will not get so much impression like before. your dashboard result will drop to down.
