Randomly came back to Tumblr after years

I hadn’t touched Tumblr in a long time but recently logged back in out of curiosity, surprisingly it still feels active in certain spaces just a bit different from before.

Not sure if it’s worth putting time into again or just nostalgia. Anyone here still using it regularly?

Yeah that’s true, it’s definitely not what it used to be, feels like it’s more niche now rather than a main traffic source

Yeah that’s what I was thinking too, seems more niche focused now. Testing it first makes sense before putting too much time in
 
I'm gonna be playing with tumblr as well.

The problem is that If you're not willing to put some effort / invest some time on it, I doubt you can achieve anything that's worth
 
It depends on what you're looking for. If you want huge reach, there are better platforms, but for genuine interactions and niche communities, Tumblr is still worth spending time on.
 
I still find Tumblr to be a very interesting platform. My posts continue to attract a lot of attention, and that's what motivates me to keep using it.
 
Honestly, it depends. If you want to connect with creative crowds or younger fans, it is still useful. But if you are just looking for quick sales, it is probably just nostalgia.
 
I forgot how different Tumblr feels compared to the newer platforms. The interface and overall style still have its own character, which is probably why some people keep coming back to it.
