If you've been using X for marketing for several years, what is the biggest lesson you've learned from your actual experience?

Elon keeps shifting the goal line unfortunately

Consistency matters more than chasing every new change what worked last year can disappear pretty quickly on x twitter

in my experince used consistently instead of chasing after the latest trends.

Dont put all your eggs in the same basket. Elon can have a spree of banning accounts that doesnt fit his agenda.

Track conversions, not impressions. A post with 100k views means nothing if nobody actually takes the next step.

Twitter specifically combats bots, maximizes organic activity, and delivers content that's truly interesting to your audience.

I tried using X for marketing a year ago, but it was extremely difficult; we couldn't find a way to optimize ROI, nor could we find a solution to the issue of our accounts constantly getting suspended.

For me, the biggest lesson was realizing that you don’t have to sell in every post. Some posts are just about getting people familiar with you and what you do. Once they know your content, promoting something feels a lot more natural.

Reply strategy beats posting into the void every single time. Commenting early on high-engagement posts in your niche will build your account way faster than tweeting 10 times a day with zero followers
