We all talk about making big changes, but sometimes the smallest habits create the biggest transformations.

If you had to pick one challenge and commit to it for the next 30 days, what would it be?

Maybe it's:
  • Going to the gym every day
  • Walking 10,000 steps
  • No social media
  • Reading 30 minutes daily
  • Waking up at 5 AM
  • Learning a new skill
  • Travelling somewhere new every weekend
  • No junk food or sugary drinks
  • Publish content every day?
What is interesting is that most people know what they should do, but consistency is where the real challenge begins.

So here's the question:

What is the one 30-day challenge you'd love to implement in your own life?

can i pick more than one because that is what is happing in my life currently but for me it's more like a routine not a challenge

Waking up at 5 AM

This isn't even a challenge. It's already a lifestyle : D

I wake up even earlier most days, around 3/4 AM

Learning a new skill
Learning a new language

Already did that or doing that... I've been learning Spanish daily for over 2 months now

Publish content every day?

I already started that and I'm into my second month. I published content every single day on my website throughout August last month and have continued up until now, including weekends.

I'm just going to continue with what I have going right now and see how far I can go. : )

Sounds great and much appreciated and everyone has their own lifestyles so the preferences may be different.

probably learning one new skill for 30 days. I always end up starting too many things at once...

From this list I'd choose reading for 30 minutes daily, ideally combined with no social media.

Not so easy to do since most of us may use social media for business, to some extent.

But in private life, generally trying to spend very little time on the regular click bait / attention stealing type of social media content - it's largely a waste of time and brain energy.

Great thread.

For me it would definitely be creating an entire new business for a struggling entre rebel, teen, mom, vet, newbie.

I remember being on one of the most popular Internet Marketing forums ever at the time and a guy posted "Giving up after 13 Years" and I was mind blown....no pivot? No advice? Hard to relate to that.

But the feeling you get knowing you helped someone navigate to a decent living...best feeling in the world.

When you feel like your being born made a difference in this world somehow...best feeling in the world.

Loose 5 kg and earn $5000.

I agree with this

I dont have that option mentioned no worries tho if someone is offering like that let me know ahha
Does not need to be someone offering work for $5000. You can earn that or more working on your own methods. It will not come from first month though.

Good question. I love questions like this.
Imagine if everyone took on a new challenge every month. 12 challenges in one year.
How much do you think their life could change in just one year?

Cool that is really interesting but everyone needs the patience to implement it.

Solve all the problems I'm having with Google Ads so that I can spend money without getting banned.

This challenge starts now.
