Quick question on the first one, DA 37 with DR 11 and 525 referring domains is a strange combination. Normally with that many RDs you'd expect DR in the high 20s at least. Usually when I see that gap it turns out most of the referring domains are dead pages, or the links are nofollow, or Ahrefs is counting historical links that aren't live anymore. Are those 525 live and confirmed, or total ever seen?

Two other things I'd ask before anyone sends money:

How many times has each domain dropped? One drop is fine, three or four and there's normally a reason nobody kept renewing it, and those don't tend to carry much weight no matter what the metrics say.

And when you say the original sites are restored, restored from where? If it's Wayback scrapes that's a different proposition to having the original files, both for how Google treats it and for who actually owns that content.

On the renal one specifically, that's a real medical organisation with links from actual nephrology societies. Repurposing that for redirects is a different risk category to the pets domain, and I'd want to know what happened to the original org before touching it.

Not saying any of this is wrong with your batch, just what I'd check on any list. Happy to look at the sheet.

Thanks for the review. Here are a few thoughts on your points:
1. The DR and Referring Domains are from Ahrefs, and DA is from Moz (happy to provide screenshots if needed). I don't think we should rely solely on these SEO metrics to evaluate whether a domain is truly "valuable." And instead, maybe focus more on the best-performing backlinks it has acquired

Referring Domains (RD) can often be misleading—just look at the past 3 months where almost every site got hit by a wave of spam from hundreds of SEO agencies. You can spot this in the recent backlinks of almost any site, where the anchor text is spam like "Rank-Your.Site Local SEO" or similar garbage.

In my experience buying guest posts, DA and DR aren't all that special either—there are always ways to artificially pump up these metrics for spam sites. But a quick check reveals that they are completely flooded with spam and completely lack strong, high-quality backlink support.Here are a few examples from the market:

On the flip side, the highest-authority, top-tier backlinks a domain has earned are undeniable. Links from the NY Times, The Guardian, or .edu university domains are the ultimate proof of a domain’s historical equity and the core source of its authority. That’s why I highlight the best do-follow links in the sheet.

2. I can't guarantee that the domains in the sheet have only "dropped once." Complex domain redemption grace periods and transfers between registrars by the same owner are completely normal, and checking the exact number of drops isn’t part of my standard routine. However, if you have a reliable method for checking this, I can add it to my checklist—while I can't guarantee a single drop, I can at least note the drop count.

However, I can guarantee that the niche and topical integrity of the site's content have remained consistent throughout its history and up to today. There has never been a complete niche pivot; for instance, if it started as a medical organization, it was still a medical organization right before it expired, and after I acquired it, it still looks like a medical organization today. The only interruption during this entire time would be the standard registrar landing page displayed briefly while it sat in an auction during the drop period.

3. The original sites were restored using the Wayback Machine. As far as I know, short of contacting the original owner directly, there is no official way to obtain the original raw server files.

4. Taking the renal domain as an example: I am willing to provide all available information regarding the original organization so buyers know what they are getting. As for what niche the domain is used for after purchase, that is entirely the buyer's choice.
