Hi everyone,

I'm still learning SEO and guest post outreach, and recently I've been exploring how AI can help with some of the tasks involved in this work.

For example, I think AI can be useful for brainstorming content ideas, improving outreach emails, organizing information, and saving time on repetitive tasks.

At the same time, I don't think AI should replace human research and judgment, especially when choosing websites or communicating with clients.

I'm curious to know how other members are using AI in their SEO or outreach workflow.

What AI tools or tasks have actually saved you the most time?

I mainly rely on AI for prospecting research, drafting emails quickly and site list management. This helps me save time by automating mundane tasks but I still verify site traffic, relevance and the site itself before sending the email.

Furthermore, I have received some gud guest post nd backlinks too. the most significant thing for me is relevance rather than just links.

Solely for information retrieval - as a search tool - and possibly for structuring information. I handle fact-checking and specific terminology myself.

i use AI for information gathering, ideas and other stuff that make my works faster but i will always adjust anything that needs to be adjusted

I use AI mainly to save time with keyword ideas, content research, outreach email drafts, and organizing prospect lists. I still check websites manually because relevance, quality, and real communication need human judgment.

AI is very relevant, in that I use get get keywords relevant to my intent. I also use to draft outreach mails and more. What I however don't do is copy everything as it is. I go through each result and humanize were I see fitting

AI messages are obvious and usually get ignored. They are kinda generic but you can use them for drafting to save time. Claude is a good option imo. Don't forget to review and adjust before sending.

Same here, AI is a good tool to make things faster and come up with new ideas, but I still proofread everything that I get out of it.

mostly use it for first drafts of outreach emails and content briefs, still edit everything myself before sending though, saves the blank page problem more than actual thinking time

I use AI to assist in accelerating the process of research, to identify gaps in content, to develop ideas, and to create an outline for the first time. In terms of promotion, it will help in identifying suitable websites and drafting the same accordingly. However, I always go through the entire material myself.

I treat AI as an assistant rather than a replacement for SEO judgment. It is useful for research, analyzing large datasets, and creating first drafts, while I focus on search intent, relevance, relationship building, and quality control.

ai is useful for me to perform keyword research, detect content gaps, and even write the first draft of my outreach email. However, honestl the actual timesaving thing about ai is prospect filtering.

AI's been great for speeding up content briefs and personalizing outreach templates at scale, but I still manually vet every site before pitching. It's a time-saver, not a decision-maker.
