the most common thing i have observed is that pages grow faster where the content is geared towards people nd not just posted to keep the page alive. i would try out a few forms and see which posts get sharred and commented on nd then focus on those posts.

Actually Nowadays its very difficult to grow a new page in Facebook. But you must try with great viral content both videos and images. And also you should grow audience by doing live sessions, Regular engagement post etc.

great things takes time. success doesn't happen overnight. you should focus on creating content that are actually usefull and engaging while maintaing consistency. That's the only strategy follow these and you will get success slowly but definately..

Short‑form Reels is where most organic reach comes from for new pages right now; plain feed posts rarely get in front of non‑followers. Also engage genuinely inside niche groups, just avoid spamming, and reply quickly to every early comment to boost algorithm signals。
fb reeels and cross posting into active niches is the vry only thing that is making any difference. forgets traditional posts with images no organic reach at all un less people shares them.

I my case I also felt this situation. Now a days it is harder than before! Although you can. First of all it is normal that it feels really slow. You have to focus on the quality of you content. I will recommend you to prioritize the reels video. Post constantly. Learn to increase your engagement and don't give up. It will take time but it will.
