Hello, if your business is even remotely serious, you should avoid any PSP that is easy to get into (meaning you can create an account through a self-service process and start accepting payments immediately). The only self serve PSP I’ve never had any issues with, even with my Day 1 volumes (€1,600/day from Day 1), was Mollie, you can check if you want.
The easier it is to get in, the easier it is to get kicked out (since the sheer volume of users has to be managed). So, Stripe, the most popular payment processor in the world, manages its merchants through algorithms, which, in your case, got you blocked because you were doing “too much revenue in their eyes” (a pretty legitimate reason for you to crash out, I’d understand).
Therefore, prioritize PSPs that are suited to your type of business (high risk, low risk, medium risk) and where you have to go through manual approval before getting onboarded. That way, there’s no misunderstanding: the people running the company know what you do, what you sell, and how you sell it, and they choose whether or not to approve you. Not afterward, by blocking you as soon as you start generating significant revenue (see Stripe).
The same principle applies to banks. Never keep all your funds in a neobank.
I know the guys at bonzai.pro can be contacted to ask about payment solutions. Their founder is very aware of this issue of payment processors blocking businesses in the industry, and they offer solutions, provided that you go through a manual approval process.
Now, regarding your current situation, unfortunately, prepare yourself for the possibility that your funds will remain frozen until the end of that period. Stripe, Square, and others have similar practices.
Stay strong.
